1. Please complete the name/address information and certification.
2. Life members do not have membership fees. We appreciate your continued and dedicated support to the Association. We are asking you to complete this form to remain on our active roster as we clean up our database of current members.
3. Life members do have to pay the annual membership dues, but, as you know, if you wish to umpire scholastic baseball, you will need to pay the Maryland (MPSSAA) or Virginia (VHSL) registration fees for the year you wish to officiate. Those fees are paid directly to the respective state association.
4. Please complete and submit this form by July 15, 2026.
