I hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless the jurisdictions, organizations, and institutions served by the Association and our service assigning company and the members, managers, officers, and directors of such entities (collectively, the “Indemnified Partners”) from, against and for any losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, suits, judgments and all other liabilities including attorney’s fees, expenses and court cost(s), to which the Indemnified Partners may be subject as a result of any false statement contained in this Certification.

Note: While signing this certification is not required to umpire, failing to do so may prevent being assigned to leagues or jurisdictions requiring assignors to assign officials that meet these criteria. This specific requirement is becoming more commonplace as contracts are renewed and agreed upon.
