Editor’s Message
Welcome to the June 23rd issue of The Blue Crews News! Robert’s on vacation with his family this week, so I’m subbing in to make sure we get this edition out to all of you!
In this edition, we start with Mr. Maher’s presidential message. He’s wrapping up the scholastic season and kicking off the summer with some very helpful suggestions for success, both on the field and off.
Gary Reals takes this edition off because after figuring out how to write nice things about me, I can only imagine that he needs to rest or take a full- fledged vacation!

Presidents Message
Well, the high school seasons in both Virginia and Maryland are now over. As you saw in my previous email, the crew for the Virginia class 6 state championship game was Anthony Mayer on the plate, Matt Van Parys at first, Matt Sauter at second and Paul Porto at third.

In this issue, we have published the 2025 Potomac League Rules. You’ll want to review the various items for this league, the Potomac Collegiate League, that plays at the Capital One Ballpark in Tysons Corner. At the bottom of the article, you can download a PDF to have for your convenience.
